The principle of the Across Bio Brucella Coombs test is that the colored antigens in Brucella Antigenic Solution and IgG and IgM ancient organs developed against B. abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis in patient serum samples
It is based on detecting the reactions due to agglutination occurring in the environment with gel centrifugation technique.
